As our mission statement reads, the Off The Street Club Junior Board was “created to support OTSC in its century-long mission to bring help for today and hope for tomorrow to the at-risk children of Chicago’s inner city”. Located in Garfield Park, the most dangerous neighborhood in Chicago, OTSC is the oldest independent club for children in the city. We are dedicated to seeing this group of underprivileged children have the privilege of growing up to be fine adults who continue to shape the face and fabric of our city. We hope that you will find a way of becoming involved with us, and the kids, whether it is through volunteering for an outing, assembling a group for tutoring, or letting us speak to your company about payroll donations.
