The Auxiliary Society of the John G. Shedd Aquarium is comprised of young professionals committed to developing new sources of support and to increasing public awareness of the Aquarium’s exhibits, research, conservation and education programs. Auxiliary Society members are dedicated to the enhancement of public understanding and respect for the world’s seas, rivers and lakes and the pivotal role aquatic life plays in the health of the environment.
